Meet Simon Scott, the founder of Scott Properties Group- SCOTT. Property Buyers.
Simon is an accomplished and experienced buyer’s agent, known for his deep market knowledge, strategic approach, and commitment to securing outstanding outcomes for his clients.
Many of you will know Simon as a Multi-Award Winning Building Designer on the Sunshine Coast/ Noosa, as Principal Designer in his practice – SSB Design Studio. Frequently clients, especially those who have bought property to renovate, have said to him “I wish you had been with me when we purchased this property……..we probably wouldn’t have bothered….it is way out of our knowledge base!”.
When assessing a property to buy, the building designer in Simon looks for elements such as floor plan flow, natural light and renovation potential, while the buyer agent in Simon looks at price, negotiation and strategy aspects.
Simon has also been a property investor since 2011, and has done many renovations to manufacture capital growth by modernising to add value without over capitalising.
Fun fact: Simon is still and avid soccer supporter at his loved Liverpool Team in England. Travel is his passion and in recent times has been motor biking in Southern India and next trip is to Northern India. He is a very accomplished curry cook too

Sue is a highly accomplished and experienced buyers agent, working since formation of Scott Properties Group- SCOTT. Property Buyers in 2019
Over a long period of time Sue has had the pleasure of working with many home buyers and investors here in Australia and Europe. Her decision to partner with her son Simon as a Property Buyers Agent was a no-brainer for her as she can indulge in her passion property, working one on one with clients and liaising with great professional partners involved in the complete buying process.
As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, she saw first-hand the challenges that buyers have. So often they have told her that they found the buying process stressful, confusing, time consuming and complex.
As a Buyer’s Agent this is all taken away from her clients and she together with the team at SCOTT Property Buyers get the pleasure of walking her clients through the complete process from finding relevant properties to view, to negotiating on their behalf and seeing the smiles on their face when the keys are handed over. Being completely independent of all real estate agents Sue works entirely for the benefit of her clients with an experienced team and professional partners.
Customer Service is not limited to office hours and being available 7 days a week, makes this process for her clients more personal and enjoyable. As one of her previous real estate work colleagues said, “Oh you must just love everyday going out on a very expensive shopping trip with the joy you have for property!” Sue won’t argue with that!
Sue has been a property investor for over 30 years in the UK and Australia and has always managed to make great property purchase decisions with a mix of single dwellings and small complex apartments.
Fun Fact: Sue is a qualified Stress Management Consultant which comes in handy when her clients are pulling their hair out with frustration! Being bald is not part of her Full Service!

Meet Po – our beloved office pet and the heartwarming mascot of SCOTT. Property Buyers. She takes her job of lifting team spirits very seriously, mastering the art of cuddles and enthusiastic tail wags. Like clockwork, Po always seems to appear right when we need a dose of furry comfort during busy days or more likely doggie treats.
Whether she is wanting a belly rub or simply being her cheerful self, Po never fails to brighten the office. When she’s hard at work spreading happiness as the unofficial fourth member of our dream team!
Fun Fact: Po has the pleasure of being a black & white border collie which Simon says is the corporate colours and nothing to do with supporting Sue’s partner who supports Newcastle in England. She runs to her bed rather than listen to the shouting!
